We're looking for a designer in the early stages of their career for a 6-month internship at HYBRBASE in Ho Chi Minh City.

As a part of the growth team (Sales and Marketing), you'll work on our web-based and branding projects. Through hands-on experience, you'll learn design best practices and develop a holistic understanding of our design approach while working cross-team. Ideally, you'll dedicate 80% of your time to web projects and 20% to brand collateral work, allowing you to craft experiences that make a real impact on our company and end-users.

Note: While we don't expect candidates to excel immediately, our program aims to develop your capabilities over time through role-specific guidance and 6-month plan that adapt as you build skills. Your specific role entry whether digital or UI/UX designer will be determined during the hiring process based on alignment opportunities and your individual strengths.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in brand development and web design stages from concept to final handoff.
• Support establishing brand systems and collaterals.
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Work with development teams to make sure it's smooth.
• Manage your task timelines to meet project goals.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• At the initial design career stage
• A good portfolio
• Robust knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suites
• An eye for aesthetic design
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey design decisions and concepts.
• Good collaboration skills to work well with cross-functional teams, project managers, and clients
